For the history buff or student - this is worth the purchase

Detailed, individual maps and history on the battles of World War II. It isn’t too overwhelming for the student and is an enjoyable read for the history buff. Packed with ideas across most physics- a good purchase even for an adult.

Great information density! I though they did a good job of covering the basics to a higher resolution than I expected. I bought this for my 10 year old nephew, it's a bit out of his reach as far as information density- the pictures help a great deal but it is definitely a book that will require explanation for you ger children. I don't think it's ever too early to have exposure to this science.
