The vineyards are planted on predominantly Albariza soil, a white, chalk rich earth containing up to 60% chalk. This soil retains moisture exceptionally well, essential during Jerezs long, hot, and dry summers, where irrigation is prohibited. The region enjoys a unique microclimate influenced by the Atlantic Ocean and the nearby Guadalquivir and Guadalete rivers.

Awesome tool
Very easy to use, only issue I had was the location pin was a bit tight. Chucked it in the drill and polished it up with a scotch-brite and it worked perfectly. The end to end symmetry made it easy to move from one side to the other. Good price as well!

The jig itself is great. The markings make it easy to be consistent; the design is well thought-out; and the build quality is good. I would recommend replacing the drill bit, though. A nice brad point will serve you better.
